Groundwork

Terms of service

Last updated October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of Groundwork at groundwork.keino.dev. By signing in you agree to them.

What Groundwork is

Groundwork organizes public property records and runs financial estimates for New York City real estate. It is a research tool. It is not legal, tax, lending or investment advice, and it is not a brokerage.

Accounts

Anyone can create an account as an agent, a buyer or a seller and start a free trial. Keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think it has been used by someone else. We may close an account that is misused. A trial lasts 30 days unless the length shown when you start it says otherwise. When it ends, the workspace owner can request an extension, which we approve or decline. Groundwork shows facts about the building only and never about a neighborhood's demographics, in line with fair housing law. Agent license information is self-reported and displayed as such.

If you create an account as an agent, you are responsible for the accuracy of the client information you add and for using it lawfully, including the do-not-call rule below.

Numbers and estimates

Valuations, rent estimates and projections are estimates built from third-party data that can be stale or wrong. Verify anything that matters before you act on it. Groundwork carries no liability for decisions made on the strength of its output.

Acceptable use

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
